Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all psychic readings, tarot readings, spiritual guidance, energy healing services, live chat sessions, written readings, voice note readings and other services purchased from or provided by Synergy Psychic Tarot.
By booking, purchasing, requesting or using a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific information displayed at the time of booking.
1. About Synergy Psychic Tarot
Synergy Psychic Tarot provides psychic, intuitive, tarot, spiritual and energy-based services remotely from South Africa to clients in South Africa and internationally.
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the transaction.
2. Nature of Psychic and Tarot Services
Psychic and tarot readings provide intuitive and spiritual insight into circumstances, patterns, possibilities and potential outcomes.
They do not provide guaranteed facts or guaranteed future outcomes.
The future may be affected by free will, changing circumstances, new information and the choices of you or other people.
Predictions, impressions and timelines should therefore be understood as intuitive guidance rather than certainty.
No particular relationship, career, financial, personal, legal or other outcome is guaranteed.
3. Information About Other People
Readings may include intuitive impressions concerning another person’s emotions, intentions, motivations, behaviour or likely direction.
These impressions are not independently verified facts about that person.
A psychic reading should not be treated as factual proof of another person’s thoughts, actions, fidelity, dishonesty, intentions or private behaviour.
Other people retain their own free will and may change their minds or actions at any time.
4. Entertainment and Spiritual Guidance
Psychic readings, tarot readings and related spiritual services are provided for personal insight, spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes.
Clients may find the information personally meaningful or useful, but psychic impressions and predictions cannot be independently guaranteed as factual or certain.
5. Not Professional Advice
Services provided by Synergy Psychic Tarot are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or other qualified advice.
I do not diagnose physical or mental health conditions, confirm pregnancy, determine paternity, prescribe treatment or advise clients to begin, discontinue or alter medication.
I do not provide professional legal advice, investment advice, trading advice or gambling advice.
If your situation requires professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
You should never delay necessary medical treatment, mental health assistance, legal advice, emergency assistance or other professional help because of information received during a reading.
6. Emergencies
Synergy Psychic Tarot is not an emergency, crisis or medical service.
If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, facing a serious mental health crisis or requiring urgent assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
Do not wait for a psychic reading before seeking urgent help.
7. Client Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
A reading may offer another perspective, identify possibilities or help you think about a situation, but you decide whether and how you use the information provided.
Important decisions should be considered alongside your own judgement, available facts, personal circumstances and appropriate professional advice where necessary.
By using a service, you acknowledge that Synergy Psychic Tarot does not make decisions on your behalf.
8. Energy Healing and Spiritual Services
Distance healing, Chakra Realignment and Balancing, Remote Protection and other energy-based services are spiritual practices.
References to energy, chakras, aura, energetic blockages, clearing, protection or similar concepts are made within a spiritual and energy-healing framework.
These services are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent physical or mental health conditions.
No particular physical, emotional, relationship, financial or other outcome is guaranteed.
Energy services should not replace appropriate medical treatment, mental health care, medication or practical safety measures.
9. Booking a Service
The service purchased will be the service described on the website, booking page or payment option at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for selecting the correct service and providing the information required for the reading or session.
Once payment has been completed, you should send your question and any relevant background information using the contact details provided.
Submitting the information required for your personalised reading or service allows work on that service to begin.
10. Delivery Times
Most readings are delivered within the time indicated on the relevant service page.
Any delivery period stated on the website is an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by workload, illness, technical problems, platform interruptions, power or internet failures or circumstances reasonably outside my control.
A short reasonable delay does not automatically entitle a client to a refund where the service is subsequently provided.
If I become unable to provide the purchased service within a reasonable period, I will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.
11. Voice Note and Written Reading Length
Where an approximate voice note duration or written word count is provided, it is intended as a general indication of the service.
Exact length may vary according to the question and the information that needs to be covered.
A service is not considered incomplete merely because the final voice note or written reading varies reasonably from an approximate stated length.
12. Live Chat Sessions
Live chat sessions are purchased according to time.
A 15-minute or 30-minute booking provides the relevant amount of session time and does not guarantee a particular number of questions, messages, predictions or subjects.
If additional time is required, a further booking may be made where availability allows.
You are responsible for being available at the agreed time.
If you miss a scheduled session without reasonable notice, the booked session may be treated as used because the time was specifically reserved for you.
Where reasonable notice is provided, I will generally try to arrange another suitable time.
13. Follow-Up Questions
Unless the service description specifically includes follow-up questions, additional questions require a separate booking.
A question that introduces another subject, another person, significantly new circumstances or asks for a new prediction may be treated as a separate question.
Clarification of something already stated may be provided at my discretion, but this does not create an unlimited follow-up service.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of psychic readings, written readings, voice note readings, live sessions and energy services, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been made and work on the personalised service has begun.
Refunds will not be provided merely because:
you change your mind after work has started;
you disagree with the reading;
you dislike or are disappointed by the information received;
the reading does not provide the answer you hoped for;
another psychic, reader or adviser gives you a different opinion;
another person later behaves differently from what was anticipated;
a predicted event or timeline changes or does not occur; or
you choose not to follow or use the information provided.
If I am unable to provide the service purchased, I will arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly or that a purchased service has not been supplied, please contact me first so that I have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Where a client initiates a payment dispute or chargeback after a service has been properly supplied, I may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant records showing the booking, transaction, communications and delivery of the purchased service.
Fraudulent or knowingly dishonest chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
Nothing in this section prevents a client from exercising a legitimate legal right to dispute an unauthorised or genuinely unresolved transaction.
16. Payments
Payments may be processed through independent payment providers such as PayPal or supported card processors.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Please do not send banking passwords, card PINs, security codes or similar payment credentials directly to me.
17. Accuracy of Information Provided by the Client
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to your question.
I am not responsible for a reading being affected by materially false, misleading or deliberately incomplete information supplied by you.
You should not provide confidential information belonging to another person unless you are entitled to share it.
18. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information, readings, healing sessions and conversations are handled with care and respect.
Trusted third-party platforms, communication systems and digital services may be used where reasonably necessary to administer, prepare, communicate, store or deliver services.
Please avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive personal information.

19. Technology and Service Delivery
Digital tools, communication platforms and third-party services may be used in the administration, preparation, formatting, communication, storage or delivery of services.
Use of these tools does not create any additional guarantee concerning the accuracy of psychic impressions, interpretations, predictions or outcomes.
20. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
Readings, written reports, voice recordings, healing reports, website content and other material created by Synergy Psychic Tarot remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
A reading purchased for you may be retained and used by you for your own private personal use.
You may share limited parts of your own reading privately where reasonably necessary, but you may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, commercially exploit or represent my written or recorded work as your own without permission.
Website content may not be copied, republished or commercially reproduced without permission.
21. Testimonials and Reviews
Client reviews or testimonials displayed on the website represent the personal experiences and opinions of the individual clients concerned.
They do not guarantee that another client will have the same experience or achieve the same result.
22. Right to Refuse or End Service
I reserve the right to refuse, discontinue or decline future service where there is a reasonable basis to do so.
This may include abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or inappropriate conduct; repeated misuse of services; fraudulent payment activity; attempts to manipulate or intimidate me; excessive demands outside the purchased service; or circumstances in which I reasonably believe that continuing a psychic service would be inappropriate.
If I decline a service before work has begun, any payment for that unperformed service will normally be refunded.
If abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs during a live session, I may end the session.
Any refund entitlement in those circumstances will depend on the service already supplied and any rights that apply by law.
23. Repeated Readings and Dependency
Psychic readings should be used as one form of personal or spiritual guidance and should not replace independent judgement or become the sole basis for everyday decision-making.
I may decline or limit further readings if I reasonably believe that continued readings are no longer appropriate or helpful, including situations involving excessive repeated questioning about the same issue.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synergy Psychic Tarot is not responsible for loss resulting solely from a client’s decision to treat a psychic prediction, intuitive impression, spiritual interpretation or energy service as guaranteed factual or professional advice contrary to the explanations and warnings contained in these Terms.
You remain responsible for decisions made after receiving a reading or spiritual service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any liability that applicable law prohibits a supplier from excluding.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
25. Third-Party Platforms
Services may depend partly on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, email providers, payment services, website hosting providers or other digital services.
I am not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, delays or technical failures caused by third-party platforms outside my reasonable control.
Where a technical issue prevents delivery, I will make reasonable efforts to provide the service using an alternative available method.
26. International Clients
Synergy Psychic Tarot operates from South Africa and provides remote services internationally.
If you purchase services from another country, you are responsible for ensuring that purchasing or using psychic, tarot, spiritual or energy-based services is permitted where you live.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you and cannot legally be excluded.
27. Governing Law
These Terms and the provision of Synergy Psychic Tarot services are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, to the extent that this choice of law is legally enforceable.
Any dispute relating to a service will ordinarily be dealt with under South African law and through an appropriate South African court or dispute-resolution process.
Where mandatory consumer law in a client’s country or jurisdiction applies despite this provision, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
28. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to a particular transaction will generally be the version made available in connection with that booking at the time the transaction was entered into.
Changes to these Terms do not automatically alter the terms governing services that were purchased before those changes took effect.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the relevant service description, Privacy Policy and any specific written agreement made in relation to a booking, form the basis on which the service is provided.
Nothing in these Terms overrides a right or protection that applicable law does not permit a consumer to waive.
