All readings are delivered within 24 hours, with same-day delivery available whenever possible. Business hours are Monday to Sunday, 8AM to 8PM (GMT+2).

How do I book a reading?
Simply choose your preferred service from the booking buttons on the website and complete your payment. Once payment has been made, contact me with your question or request using the contact details provided.

How are readings delivered?
Readings are delivered via WhatsApp voice note, written document, email, or live text chat, depending on the service you have selected.

How long are WhatsApp voice note readings?
Voice note readings are typically between 3 and 5 minutes in length, depending on the complexity of your question.

How long are written readings?
Written readings typically range from 300 to 500 words per question and are delivered as a Word document via email or WhatsApp.

Can I ask more than one question?
Each reading is priced according to the service selected. If you have multiple questions, you may purchase additional questions or book a longer service where appropriate.

Do you offer live chat readings?
Yes. Live text chat readings are available in 15-minute and 30-minute sessions and can be extended if additional time is required. Chat sessions are arranged for a mutually convenient date and time.

What information do you need from me?
Please provide your first name, your question, and any relevant background information that may help me better understand your situation. The more specific your question, the more focused the reading can be.

What topics can you help with?

Do I need to provide photographs or dates of birth?

What is distance healing?
Distance healing is an energy-based service performed remotely. Energy is not limited by physical distance, allowing healing work to be carried out regardless of your location.

How long do healing services take?
Distance healing services are usually completed within one working day. You will be notified once the work has been completed.

What is included in the Chakra Realignment and Balancing service?
This service includes balancing and realignment of all seven major chakras, aura clearing and strengthening, energetic impressions received during the session, and a detailed written energy report.

What is Remote Protection?
Remote Protection focuses on strengthening and sealing the aura while helping to clear unwanted energetic attachments and influences. The work is tailored to your individual needs and intentions.

Are readings confidential?
Absolutely. All readings, healing sessions, personal information, and conversations are treated with complete confidentiality and respect.

Are your readings guaranteed to predict the future?
No. Readings provide insight into current energies, possibilities, patterns, and potential outcomes. Free will, personal choices, and external circumstances can influence how situations develop over time.

What if I have a follow-up question?
Follow-up questions require a separate booking unless otherwise stated in the service description.

Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. I work with clients worldwide and have provided readings and healing services to people across many different countries and time zones.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, as most major debit and credit cards are accepted through PayPal’s secure checkout system.
