Here you’ll find answers to common questions about psychic readings, tarot readings, distance healing and booking with Synergy Psychic Tarot.

How quickly will I receive my reading?

Most readings are delivered within 24 hours, with same-day delivery whenever possible. My usual business hours are Monday to Sunday, 8AM to 8PM GMT+2.
Although I always do my best to deliver readings promptly, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by workload, illness, technical problems or circumstances outside my control.

How do I book a reading?

Choose the service you would like from the booking options on the website and complete your payment. Once payment has been made, contact me with your question and any relevant background information using the contact details provided.
Please make sure that you select the correct service and provide enough information for me to understand what you would like me to look into.

How are readings delivered?

Depending on the service selected, readings may be delivered by WhatsApp voice note, written document, email or live WhatsApp text chat.
Digital platforms, communication services and other trusted third-party technology may be used to help administer, prepare, communicate or deliver services.

How long are WhatsApp voice note readings?

WhatsApp voice note readings are usually approximately 3 to 5 minutes per question.
The exact length may vary depending on the question and the information that comes through during the reading.

How long are written readings?

Written readings are generally approximately 300 to 500 words per question.
The exact length can vary depending on the question and what needs to be covered.

Can I ask more than one question?

Each booking covers the number of questions or amount of reading time stated in the service description.
Questions involving substantially different subjects may be treated as separate questions.
If you have an additional question after your reading has been completed, a separate booking may be required unless follow-up questions are specifically included in the service you purchased.

Do you offer live chat readings?

Yes. Live WhatsApp text chat readings are available in 15-minute and 30-minute sessions and can be extended through an additional booking where availability allows.
Sessions are arranged for a mutually suitable time.
The booking covers the amount of time purchased rather than a guaranteed number of questions or messages.

What information do you need from me?

Usually your first name, your question and enough background information for me to understand the situation are sufficient.
You do not need to provide information that is unrelated to your reading.
Please avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information such as identity numbers, banking details, passwords, medical records or similar confidential documents.

Do I need to provide photographs or dates of birth?

No. Photographs, dates of birth and other additional information are optional unless specifically requested for a particular service.
If you provide information or photographs relating to another person, please make sure that you are entitled to share them.

What can I ask about?

Readings commonly cover areas such as love and relationships, career, business, money, family matters, friendships, personal direction, relocation, spiritual development and general life questions.
There are, however, some subjects where a psychic reading should not replace professional advice or reliable factual information.

Can you tell me what another person thinks or feels?

A reading can provide intuitive impressions about another person’s feelings, intentions, behaviour, motivations or likely direction.
These are psychic or intuitive impressions rather than independently verified facts about that person.
Other people have free will and can change their minds, behaviour or intentions.

Can you tell me whether someone is cheating?

I can look intuitively at the relationship, behaviour, circumstances and what I am picking up around the situation.
However, a psychic reading should not be treated as factual proof that somebody has or has not been unfaithful.
Where factual certainty is important, you should rely on appropriate real-world information rather than a psychic reading alone.

Are your readings guaranteed to predict the future?

No.
Psychic and tarot readings provide insight into current circumstances, patterns, possibilities and potential outcomes.
The future is not fixed. Personal choices, free will, other people’s decisions and changing circumstances can all affect how a situation develops.
Timelines and future predictions should therefore be understood as intuitive estimates rather than guaranteed outcomes.

What if a prediction doesn’t happen?

Predictions are not guarantees.
A reading reflects what I am shown about a situation and its potential direction at the time of the reading.
Circumstances can change afterwards, people can make different choices and situations can develop differently from what initially appeared most likely.
A prediction not occurring does not mean that the reading was guaranteed and subsequently failed.

Are psychic readings medical, legal or financial advice?

No.
Psychic readings, tarot readings, spiritual guidance and energy services are provided for personal insight, spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or other qualified advice.
If a matter requires professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or factual expertise, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
You should never delay seeking necessary professional help because of information received during a psychic reading or spiritual service.

Can you diagnose illness?

No.
I do not diagnose physical or mental health conditions.
A psychic or energy-based impression should never be treated as a medical diagnosis, medical test result or substitute for professional healthcare.
If you have symptoms or concerns about your health, please speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Can you tell me if I am pregnant?

No psychic reading should be used to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
Pregnancy should be established through an appropriate pregnancy test and, where necessary, medical care.

Can you advise me about medication or treatment?

No.
I do not advise clients to begin, stop or alter medication, medical treatment or mental health treatment.
Decisions relating to medication or treatment should be made with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Can you predict death or serious illness?

I do not provide definitive predictions of death, terminal illness or serious medical conditions.
These are matters that should not be determined through psychic readings.

What if I am dealing with an emergency?

Psychic readings are not an emergency service.
If you believe that you or somebody else may be in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, facing a serious mental health crisis or otherwise requiring urgent assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
Do not wait for a psychic reading before seeking urgent help.

Can you predict the outcome of a court case?

I may look intuitively at the circumstances, personalities and potential direction surrounding a legal matter.
However, I cannot guarantee the result of litigation, criminal proceedings, divorce proceedings, immigration matters or any other legal process.
A psychic reading is not legal advice and should not replace advice from a qualified legal professional.

Can you advise me about investments, trading or gambling?

I may look intuitively at circumstances surrounding work, business and general financial matters, but psychic readings should not be used as the sole basis for investment, trading, gambling or other high-risk financial decisions.
I cannot guarantee investment returns, lottery numbers, betting results or financial outcomes.
Please use your own judgement and appropriate professional financial advice where necessary.

Who is responsible for decisions I make after a reading?

You are always responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions.
A psychic reading can offer another perspective, highlight possibilities and help you think about a situation, but it should be considered alongside your own judgement, circumstances and any relevant factual or professional information.
By booking and using a reading, you acknowledge that you decide how, whether or to what extent you act upon the information provided.

Can a reading tell me what I should do?

I can provide intuitive insight into a situation, possible options and the direction things appear to be taking.
The final decision is always yours.
I will never be able to know every fact, circumstance or consequence involved in a decision you are considering, so important life decisions should not be based exclusively on a psychic reading.

What is distance healing?

Distance healing is a spiritual and energy-based practice carried out remotely.
It may be used as part of your personal spiritual or wellbeing practices, but it is not medical or psychological treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent physical or mental health conditions.
Results and individual experiences vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

What is Chakra Realignment and Balancing?

The session focuses on the seven major chakras and may include energetic clearing, balancing work, aura-focused work, intuitive impressions and a written report, depending on the service booked.
References to chakras, energy, aura, energetic blockages or imbalances are made within a spiritual and energy-healing framework.
They should not be interpreted as medical or psychological diagnoses.

What is Remote Protection?

Remote Protection is a spiritual and energy-based service intended to support energetic wellbeing and a personal sense of spiritual protection.
The work may include practices described within spiritual traditions as clearing, strengthening, protecting or working with energetic influences.
It does not replace practical safety measures and does not guarantee protection against crime, injury, illness, financial loss, relationship difficulties or other real-world events.

Can energy healing replace medical treatment?

No.
Energy healing is complementary spiritual work and should never be used as a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.
If you have a health concern, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

How long do healing services take?

Most distance healing services are completed within approximately one working day unless otherwise arranged.
This refers to the completion of the service itself and does not mean that a particular result is guaranteed to occur within that period.

Are readings and healing services confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is very important to me.
Your personal information, readings, healing sessions and conversations are treated with care and respect and are never intentionally shared publicly or with other clients.
Trusted third-party platforms, services and technology may be used where reasonably necessary to administer, prepare, communicate, store or deliver services.
Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your reading or service.

How are readings prepared and delivered?

Readings are personally reviewed and provided by me.
I may use trusted digital tools and third-party services to assist with the administration, preparation, formatting, communication or delivery of my services.
These tools do not change the nature of the service being provided, and no particular method or tool used can guarantee the accuracy of intuitive impressions, predictions or outcomes.

What if I have a follow-up question?

Unless follow-up questions are specifically included in the service description, additional questions require a separate booking.
A follow-up that introduces new information, another person, another subject or asks me to look into something new may be treated as a new question.

Can I cancel a reading or request a refund?

Due to the personalised nature of psychic readings and energy services, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been made and work on the service has begun.
Refunds will not be provided because a client changes their mind, disagrees with the reading, is unhappy with the information received, or because a prediction or anticipated outcome does not occur.
If I am unable to provide the service you purchased, I will arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer right that applies by law.

What if I miss a scheduled live chat?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your scheduled session.
Where reasonable notice is given, I will do my best to arrange another suitable time.
If you fail to attend a booked session without reasonable notice, the session may be treated as used because that time was reserved specifically for you.

Do you work with clients outside South Africa?

Yes. Synergy Psychic Tarot works with clients in South Africa and internationally.
Services are provided remotely from South Africa.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that purchasing or using psychic, tarot, spiritual or energy-based services is permitted where they live.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options are shown during the booking process and may include PayPal and supported debit or credit cards.
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers.
Please never send me your banking password, card PIN or other payment security credentials.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes.
Synergy Psychic Tarot services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to make the booking.

Are readings for entertainment purposes?

Psychic and tarot readings are offered as intuitive and spiritual guidance and are also provided for entertainment purposes.
Although clients often find readings personally meaningful and useful, psychic impressions, tarot interpretations, predictions and timelines cannot be independently guaranteed as factual or certain.

What am I agreeing to when I book a reading or service?

By booking and using a Synergy Psychic Tarot service, you acknowledge and understand that:
